Bowl - Dark Maple and Glow Resin by Turned and Burned
This bowl showcases a fascinating and fairly new woodworking technique. Turned and Burned use 2000 volts of electricity to create intricate fractal patterns, known as Lichtenberg figures, across the wood's surface.
The burned channels are then filled with glow-in-the-dark epoxy resin, adding a stunning visual effect. To activate the glow, the epoxy resin needs to be charged in sunlight or UV light.
Each piece is a testament to the artistry and innovation of Turned and Burned, making it a truly one-of-a-kind creation.
