Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is a pre-order item? A: A pre-order item is a product that we custom-print and/or assemble in our store after you place your order. Most of our Gallery wrapped canvas Giclée art and Art prints are available to pre-order when we are out of stock and have the materials on hand to produce more.
Q: How long does it take for a pre-order to ship? A: Pre-order items usually take about 5–10 business days to prepare and ship. We will contact you directly if any delays will cause your order to take longer.
Shipping
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive? A: For orders of products we have in stock, please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare and pack your order. After that, most orders arrive within 4–7 business days. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your item ships.
Q: Why do shipping costs change during the holidays? A: Our shipping carriers, USPS and UPS, add a holiday surcharge between September and January. We do not add any extra fees for handling, packing, or supplies—the cost you see is the direct estimate from the carrier.
Q: What if I want to pick up my order in person? A: We offer free in-store pickup at our gallery in Clayton, Georgia. Simply select "I'll pick up myself" at checkout, and the shipping fees will be removed from your total.
Q: Is my order insured? A: Yes, all items are insured for their full value against damage during transit.
