Living in Colorado and also the east coast over the years has exposed me to different ways of creating art, but living on a ranch in Colorado among the Rockies solidified my interest in nature being my focus.

When I approach a blank canvas, my goal is never to simply document a landscape or animal. Instead, I strive to bring the viewer directly into the scene. My hope is that when you look at my work, you don't just see a painting; you feel a renewed sense of wonder for the natural world and a reminder of the wild places that still exist around us."
